With Strasburg on DL, who should the Nationals call up from the minors?

This is bad news for the Nationals, their best pitcher Stephen Strasburg went to DL with a upper back strain.
He was having a great season, with a 10-0 record, 2.90 ERA and 118Ks.
This leave us with worries because the Nationals rotation has had dome struggles, with Gio González being winless in his last 7 starts, he has allowed 35 ER in those 7 starts, after just allowing 10 ER in his first 8 starts (4.73 ERA this year).
Joe Ross started having a great year, but his last starts have been difficult for him, he is 6-4 with a 3.11 ERA and 70Ks in 14 games.
Now we continue with Tanner Roark, who has a 7-5 record, 2.96 ERA and 70Ks in 16 starts.
And last, Max Scherzer, who has a 8-5 record, 3.52 ERA and 138Ks in 16 games, he´s one of the best pitchers in the league, but his ERA is to high.
This numbers of these pitchers aren´t CY Young numbers (Just Strasburg numbers are) but there´s nothing to complain about.
With Strasburg on DL, Dusty Baker said that a minor league pitcher will start this tuesday vs Mets.
There are 2 options: Austin Both, who has a 4-3 record, 2.99 ERA and 75Ks in 14 starts with the Syracuse Chiefs (Triple-A).
And also there´s Nationals top prospect, Lucas Giolito, who has a 5-3 record, 3.17 ERA and 72Ks in 14 starts with the Harrisburg Senators (Double-A).
Both of them are very talented pitchers, who could take Strasburg´s place for 3,4 starts, we will just have to wait the move Dusty Baker will make for tomorrow´s game.
