Can the Colts get back to be SB contenders after an awful season?

The 2015 season for the Colts wasn´t what they expected, from being favorites to win the SB 50, to end with a 8-8 record and being out of the playoffs.
Many people expected that the Colts would be a great team with the adittions of Andre Johnson, Frank Gore and Trent Cole, but they were wrong, Johnson ended the season with 41 catches, 503 yards and 4 TDs, Trent Cole ended with 32 total tackles and 3 sacks and finally Gore ended with 967 rushing yards and 6 TDs, but the worst of this was the average of 3.7 yards per carry, well, many people say that it wasn´t Gore´s fault, that it was the fault of the mediocre offensive line.

Besides all this signings, one of the main reasons of the Colts failed season was Andrew Luck, the franchise QB played hurt during the season and he missed almost all the season, first he got cracked ribs and after that he got hurt pretty bad due to a lateral kidney injury, but that injury wasn’t the offensive line´s fault, the reason he got hurt against the Denver Broncos was because Andrew Luck likes to play as a LB, he doesn’t slide when the defenders are about to tackle him and that is something he needs to improve.

Changing of subject, the main things that the Colts need to do during the offseason is to have a great draft, they haven’t done much during free agency, with the signing of Robert Turbin, Jordan Todman, Josh Boyce, Brian Tyms and Patrick Robinson, we need to focus on the draft, improving in the areas of offensive line, pass rush and a RB, they need to have a young RB for when Gore retires.
So now i will post my personal mock draft of who will the Colts draft:

1st round- Leonard Floyd, OLB, Georgia.
2nd round- Joshua Garnett, OG, Stanford.
3rd round- Darian Thompson, S, Boise State.
4th round- Jack Allen, C, Michigan State.
5th round- Yannick Ngakoue, OLB, Maryland.
7th round- Marshaun Coprich, RB, Illinois State.

Let me know of what you think about this Mock Draft.

  1. No, they are not Super Bowl contenders. No one knows how long it will take for Andrew Luck to regain full health, and there is no viable backup quarterback.

    1. He needs a proper o-line to be elite, he throw 40 TDs in 2014 with a poor o-line, imagine if the Colts actually had a good o-line
